I. GENERAL CONDITIONS 

The e-commerce website (https://kayaspread.com/) is managed by KAYA SPREAD INTERNATIONAL CO., LTD VIETNAM (“Kaya Spread”).

All products on our website fully comply with government regulations. We ensure that we do not sell counterfeit, smuggled goods, or products of unknown origin. Our products meet strict technical standards, are quality-inspected, and follow safe food hygiene standards. All activities on the website are transparent, transparent, and legal.

By accessing and using this website, you confirm that you understand and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Kaya has the right to modify any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time ("Changes"). Such changes become effective immediately upon being publicly posted without prior notice. Your continued use of the website implies acceptance of these changes.

When accessing our website, customers must ensure they are over 15 years old or accessing under the supervision of parents or legal guardians. Customers must have full civil act capacity to establish and execute civil rights and obligations as per current laws.

II. ORDERING

Kaya Spread offers three platforms for online orders: Direct orders on e-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, Tiki), via hotline, or our e-commerce website.

- Kaya Spread reserves the right to refuse orders, especially in cases of unpaid bills or inability to pay.

- Customers need to provide accurate and full information about their name, address, and phone number.

- Orders made over the weekend may have slightly longer delivery times due to traffic volume.

- Orders made outside of business hours will be processed the following business day.

- For urgent orders, please contact the store's hotline to order directly, or visit the nearest store.

III. PAYMENT POLICY

• Step 1: Choose the product you want to buy => Click on the cart icon or "Add to cart".
• Step 2: After selecting the product, please check the price and quantity carefully before clicking "Proceed to checkout".
• Step 3: Fill in the necessary order information.
• Step 4: Choose the "Shipping method". We then offer the following payment methods:

a. Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay directly to the delivery person when you receive the product.

b. Bank transfer/ATM in advance before your order is shipped.

c. Payments using e-wallets like Momo, Vnpay, Paypal before your order is shipped.

The sale price is detailed on the purchase invoice, effective at the time the customer places the order, and does not include VAT.

Shipping costs are charged for all orders unless the order qualifies for free shipping.

V. PAYMENT

Accept payments by credit card and on e-wallets such as Momo, VNPay, Paypal... or COD.

The currency for payment is Vietnamese Dong (VND).

Payments using foreign bank cards may incur exchange rate differences and additional fees as stipulated by the bank. The exchange rate applied at the time the customer makes the payment.

VI. WARRANTY AND AFTER-SALES SERVICE

• Data and information collection:

To execute transactions, customers need to register for an account on the Kaya Spread website and provide necessary personal information.

The best advantage is registering to become our loyal customer during shopping.

Customers have a responsibility to ensure the information is correct and accurate. Kaya Spread will not be liable for damage, loss, or legal liability arising from the customer's incorrect information.

Customer information and transactions are stored and secured by Kaya Spread's system.

• Using data:

Kaya Spread reserves the right to use the information provided by customers to:

• - Deliver goods to the provided customer address.
• - Update related information on offers, promotions, or other notifications.
• - Process orders and address customer-related issues.
• - Improve user experience and service quality using data collected from website cookies.

Customers have a responsibility to secure their account information and not share any information related to their account and password on the Kaya Spread website with other websites.

• Data sharing:

Kaya Spread commits to respecting the privacy and protection of customer's personal and payment information. Kaya Spread will not share customer information with any other company, except third parties directly involved in delivery, payment processing, refunds, etc.

Moreover, Kaya Spread may provide your personal information in genuinely necessary cases:

• - As required by law.
• - Share with advertising partners like Google for retargeting customer behavior.
• - Market research and analysis reporting and absolutely not transferred to a third party.
• Using Cookies:

Kaya Spread might automatically collect and store some information in server logs, including details of how customers use and inquire about Kaya Spread's services. Identifying customer accounts in browsers, handling errors, languages, browsers, ...
